I need your help! I'm starting to develop PWSaES (Pre-Wedding Stress and Exhaustion Syndrome). 100% real and fatal but my doctor remains unconvinced. The medical industry is flawed!
To ease my condition, I need to find a wedding venue STAT!
No. of guests: 450 people (sadly I cant compromise this number)
Date: late March, 2011 or early April (preferably Fri, Sat or Sun but I'm considering another weekday now because its cheaper)
Don't need a dance floor, don't need a bar (no alcohol will be served), don't need on-site catering. I do prefer the venue has tables, chairs and provides plates and cutley.
I'm just a student and my parents will be paying for the reception. I'm looking for a venue under $5000 in Melbourne (outer suburban venues are usually cheaper).
The theme is majestic Indian - think colourful draped fabrics, lots of fresh flower arrangements, etc. See pictures:

I was thinking of hiring a professional decorator but I just need the right venue!
