Love it! How much character have they got now. Z certainly know her own mind right now.
Hope everyone is going well with their little ones.

I love this age. They are really developing into little people now and are terribly cute.
Xander has 8 teeth and is getting more atm. Funny thing, his got 6 up top and only 2 bottom hehe looks very cute. His walking

and climbing and so much more vocal than Oscar was.
Hooray Matt is home!! Last week we had a lovely time as a happy family together again. Oscar didnt let daddy out of sight the whole week and was a bit sad this week when he had to go back to work - good thing he understands that his oming home each avro. I was a bit worried that Xander would be stand offish but nope his taken to him like he was never away.
We decided not to have a full on week after all and just chilled out. Xanders bday plans were spoilt by wet weather

We took a couple of drives and enjoyed time in the park. Matt did swimming with oscar - was good to see them in the water together again (and for me not to have to be in there lol). Ah we got our family photos done - now i have to wait till late next week to get them

We are heading off to sydney on saturday. We've decided to put the zoo off this time and chill out a bit. We want to take the boys on the ferry and mono rail. and will cruise around darling harbour and the key.
Hope you and your wonderful one year olds are well

Hey Mish, Indi's good, has become so much more of a mischief in the past week or so and is into EVERYTHING. She's not walking yet either, as with the crawling she looks like she could walk if she wanted to but she's going to drag it out for us!
You've gotta love a little miss with attitude! I'm pretty sure Indi knows what NO means now, but sometimes she'll give you the 'I'm gonna touch it' look as she's going to touch something she knows she's not allowed to. And then she goes back a number of times after getting in trouble too.

Sis - how did your family photo's go? Have you managed to get a good one where you're all looking towards the camera? I guess it gets a lot harder to get that perfect shot when there are more of you! How was your trip to Sydney? Was it fun?
Michelle - Z is walking yet either and she LOVEs climbing up and down the stairs too. We put a gate on the bottom but one morning she made her way down (unharmed) without either of us seeing! That evening a gate went up at the top.
Cass - they so know what "no" means!

I say "uh,uh" when i don't want her to do something and I actually get a warning when she's going to do something she shouldn't be, like heading towards the stairs when I haven't closed the gate.... She says "uh, uh!"

Hello
Oh our family photos are beautiful (i think anyway lol). I have put them up on my FB if anyone wants a squiz. Im not a huge fan of pixi but given their heaps for what you get we've used them both time now and when no 3 joins will use them again but only to get a couple of shots that ive had done of both boys than i want to use someone else who doesnt use 'set' poses.
Our trip to sydney was nice. We just chilled out took the boys on the ferry, walked around Darling Harbour, Circular Quay and walked through the Botanic Gardens. We didnt make any big plans or deadlines it was a very relaxed day.
It would be nice to meet up at some stage

ATM i dont do sydney driving lol i really need to stop sooking and just do it
Oh i wish Xander wasnt walking

They definitely know what no neams, Xander tells me 'nononono' lol
Were into the whole putting things in and out atm. And his very much a little boy and loves cars/trucks and being outside.
All our wee muchkins sound like they are doing so well and really keeping us on our toes.
I dont think ive made it known in here yet but we are TTC again (no family know and very few RL friends so please no FB). I dont want to get my hopes up (hard not to though lol) as matts only here a short while (we only have 3 cycles maybe 4) but fc we will be lucky. It also means matt will miss out on everything - i will be due somewhere between aug. and oct. if we fall and his not home till mid nov.
Hope everyone else is doing well.

SJ - the ah ah thing is too funny.
Mich - read on FB that Georgia is walking! Still no walking here, Indi can stand on her own, and I make her hold one of my hands and walk but she still won't walk on her own. She's really good at squatting though!
Sis - You've got me thinking that we really should do a family photo ourselves. You're brave for TTC number 3, when Indi was about 5 months old I wanted to but I've since been put off (that is put off for a little longer than planned!). Indi and I were both really sick the other night which left me wondering how on earth I'll cope with another one when I only just cope with one!

OMG Sis congrats!!
We have just decided to start trying again so fingers crossed we are joining you in being pregnant again soon too..
Well its been a while since ive been in here. Layla is now 13 1/2 months and is a very determined little girl... She is walking .. Well running everywhere which means she is also getting into EVERYTHING which can be pretty testing at times. especially seeing as she thinks being told no is hilarious, and often shakes her finger and says no no no back. Very naughty but also very cute. lol
So what do we all have planned for xmas?

Mish I just noticed your ticker too!
Hellooooo
Yes thank ladies

Mish and i are at it again lol
Great to hear from you again SG. FC your ttc journey is short like ours.
We're having xmas here at home early (santa will be coming to the boys on the 20th) so we dont have to get a truck

than we are heading in land to my parents a few days before the real xmas. A few days after xmas mum will bring the boys back home and Matt and i are heading off for 5nights kids free! We were meant to be going to Tassie but after a few issues with Family assistance we missed out on a boat ticket so now looking like the barossa/adelaide will be the place.
OMG Xander has become so clingy

I cant even leave the room or he screams. friends he sees all the time cant hold him and he wont go to bed for anyone but me. I was hoping it was just his teeth but im beginning to think otherwise. His booked in for 1 day a week in day care next year so that gunna go down well if his still like this.

Aww I feel left out!
Right at this moment she's in bed, but refusing to go to sleep! She's pretty good, she has a trying personality but she manages to do just enough cute things to make up for all the trouble she gives me!
Sis, Indi's been the same lately, as soon as she thinks I'm going to give her to someone else she snuggles her head into me and holds on reeeeaaallly tight!
Hopefully its just an age thing that will settle real soon. Mums going to have fun for the 6ish days shes having them after xmas if he doesnt settle down
Sleep here had been a bit horrible but *touch wood* this past weeks its been settling back down. He goes to bed between 6 - 6.30pm and has been waking at 2.30ish for a feed (the only BF his now having but im planning to stop this in the next week or 2 just making sure things dont got pear shape again just yet) than back to bed till 6.30 when we start the day (sometimes a bit earlier sometimes a bit later). What i've noticed is when he gets new teeth into his gums his sleep goes all over the shop for a few weeks than when his use to them being there he settles again. ATM his just cut 2 out of 6 teeth waiting to come through.

Cass gave me the heads up that I wasn't alone

as I hadn't been in here for a while. Number 2 is on the way! So exciting.
C'mon Cass, Come join us! You know you wanna
I'm sorry to hear that a few of you are having sleep and teething problems. Z has always been major clingy but my mum is staying with us at the moment and she's grown very attached to her so it gives me some breathing space! It really makes all the difference with extra pair of hands... Especially in the first trimester.
How is everyone else feeling?

Oh Congrats SJ! Whens your due date?
For those of you still reading here who have not been reading else where some huge news for us - ITS TWINS! so not only is no 3 on the way no 4 is coming as well. Was a big shock but we are very excited.
Xanders going pretty good. Still very clingy. His starting day care 1 day a week this week so i can have a rest day for a few months.
His currenty=ly cutting down to 1 day sleep and its driving me bonkers. Some days his so tired and needs 2 sleeps but wont have 2. I probably get 2-3 day of 2 sleeps than the rest 1 sleep but cranky. His sleeps are not very long either 1.5hrs sometimes 2hrs. This last week his also been waking at 5am!! Making it a long day for me. DH has been home so been helping heaps but he returned to work today and with only a month before he goes they will be flat chat so im basically alone from now so to speak.
Hope everyone else is doing well xx

Indi's pretty good, she's a bit of a tomboy and is really rough! I can't believe how big she is now. We just got through a bad patch with sleeping, well I hope we're through it!

Hey Ladies,
Been ages since i have been in here but have just finished reading through and a Huge congrats to those of u expecting again and omg sis...twins!! congrats...
Well Layla is going really well, she is now talking alot more, was worried for a little while as she sort of just stopped and didnt say any new words for ages but were getting there again and shes starting to be a little chatterbox. Teeth are still giving her hell though with her top eye teeth cutting through atm she has been super clingy for me!! which is unusual cause usually she is a total Daddys girl

but im loving all my extra hugs and kisses so not complaining much. We have also moved her out of the nursery and into her very own big girl room, complete with her own bed... We had taken the sides off her cot a while ago cause she would just not sleep with them on but had been finding that she was starting to run out of room in the toddler bed (she moves around alot) so decided to try a single bed and well it was the best thing we could have done! She sleeps perfectly in it , up until doing that i couldnt remember what 8hrs straight sleep was..

Oh and OMG i just did a pregnancy test and it was positive!!! so looks like i might be joining you other October mummies and being an october mummy again this year!!!

Hello ladies
OMG Congrats SG!! thats great news. Sounds like things are going really well there.
Well things are so so here. Matts gone, Oscars been really sooky since he left, Xanders just cut eye teeth and i think his 2yr old molars are on the move so his not the best and Im feeling really tired by 4-5pm but have to push on for another 4-5hrs to get through dinner bath n bed time.
I decided i cant do this year with matt away and no family close by so ive applied to have me and the kids moved closer to family. We are now playing the waiting game with defence to get things happening. Im getting very impatient as they told me in our situation the would push it through as quick as possible ass i need to find a new ob, book into hospi and sort out so much other stuff but things are standing still. Anyway i best stop before i get to cranky LOL.
Hope everyone is doing well and our toddlers are not causing to much trouble
