The last coupld of months in the lead up to AF I seem to be extra emotional, crying over stupid things etc etc.
Does anyone know if there is anything I can take to possibly combat this? some sort of herbal remedy or anything?
Thanks.

My naturopath put me on magnesium when I was TTC to try to reduce my PMS symptoms, I woud get quite emotional and had a lot of back pain. Look it up but it may just help as I think it is supposed to help all those PMS/PMT type stuff!

Exercise and lots of water. Works for me, gives me a good flush out.

I have heard that evening primrose can help to reduce your symptoms, though it can take a couple of months to get into yoursystem!

Sounds lovely! Where do you get it from?
Only thing that works for me is CHOCOLATE!

I take Chaste Berry (Vitex agnus-cactus) and St Johns Wort and they help a lot.
