I ordered some fake white oriental lilles online to check them out. They are great really cheap and 'real' looking. ive decided to do my own flowers which is going to save me heaps of cash.. if anyone wants the website just message me.. ill try post a pic later if i know how..

We did flowers for my friends wedding in October...her mum bought bunches on roses from the wholesaler and we put them together oursleves...they turned out pretty good and then we added sparkles to them to go the with the princessy theme wedding.

Flowers for the whole wedding only cost about $500, 6 Bouquets (SP??) an all the guys button holes and flowers for the table..worked out alot cheaper !!

That sounds fantastic! I'd love to be able to do my own bouquets to save costs because my wedding is going to be so expensive as it is. Is making your own bouquets difficult? What kind of bouquet are you going to make - posy, teardrop, long-stemmed, etc?

What's the website you used for the fake oriental lillies? I really have my heart set on pale blue flowers and its so expensive to get dyed real roses so I was hoping to get some real looking fake pale blue roses...

I watched a few clips on youtube to see how they were done. Also meant I could do them months in advance.

Mine were White roses with Dark Blue raniculas (spell??)
