I know the dollar is cr@ppy at the moment, but my sisters arrive in NYC in two days and I wonder if there is anything that is a must look at from the US.
Am currently trawling Baby Gap website but where else should I be looking?
Nothing too big/heavy as they are travelling with snowboarding equipment and think already have quite a big of luggage.

Your first sentence says it all for me

Nothing interests me when the exchange rate is so bad...........unless it's a super bargain.

my inlaws have just returned from the sates, they bought back my sons entire winter wardrobe! They got Tommy Hilfiger, Gap, Gymboree, Osh Gosh, ummm gosh what else. I cannot even remember what else, but those off the top of my head. All are excellent quality, they are washing well and wearing well (some summer stuff came too). Shoes are great too. They were great sales, my MIL kept the tags on and stuff was just ridiculously reduced!

I'd probably only get clothes if they are going to an outlet mall - you can get some great bargains at the outlet malls, even taking into account the exchange rate. Guess is really cheap over there compared to Australia. Places like Off Fifth also often have awesome designer baby brands for really cheap.
