Oli has had a runny nose for 4 days now (on and off)

WHat do you do to help the little ones who can't blow!!

When Hugh was little we used the nose sucker outer thing with the saline drops but I don't think he would have tolerated that when he was 7 months old? Might be worth a try. I think it was the FESS one you get from chemists.

Some people I know have a big long snot sucker-out thing but we never did.

We just used to keep wiping and tried to use aloe-vera soft tissues

He's only just learnt to blow his nose now at 2 years.

If it is just runny and not stuffy I generally don't do anything other than wipe her nose all the time and put a little sav under her nose so it doesn't get too dry.

If she is snuffly and having a bit of trouble breathing I use the FESS Little Noses - which are saline drops and the "booger sucker". I use it before very feed/meal and any other time I feel she needs it.

At night I use Eucky Bearub on her chest which seems to help the breathing too.
