Full Version: Spring Racing FASCINATORS!!
Weddings, Babies and Life in General > The Cafe - EVERYTHING & ANYTHING FORUM! > Buy Swap n Sell

Spring Racing is upon us, and I've been busy creating... so now I have some fascinators for sale. Each fascinator comes wrapped in tissue, and boxed so it arrives safely.

Postage per fascinator is $10, as due to the plumage, some of them need quite large boxes. If for any reason you aren't 100% happy with your fascinator, contact me and send it back to me, and I'm happy to give you a full refund, minus the $10 postage... but they're lovely, so I don't anticipate any problems smile.gif It may not be evident from the piccies, but each piece is attached to a clear plastic hair comb, and therefore can be worn on any hair colour.

So, have a peek, and wear something to the races this year that is unique and can't be bought in the shops!

1. 'Ellie' Black and White Bow with Antique Style Brooch and black feather accents
$90 plus $10 postage
She measures approx 25cm wide including the feathers, and the bow itself is approx 15cm wide.

***I have 2 "Ellie" Fascinators available***

2. The "Georgia" Fascinator...

One of my favourites.. could even be used for a wedding..
The sinamay colour is 'natural' which is a cream/champagne colour. In the centre of the piece is an antique style brooch, accented by two cream feathers.

"Georgia" is $110 plus $10 postage and there is only one available

NB/: The Brooch in both Ellie and Georgia are silver tone (they look a bit gold in the picture, but in reality are silver)

3. "Chloe" Fascinator
A gorgeous piece with a faux cameo brooch in the centre. The brooch is lightweight (not a regular heavy cameo brooch) so it won't weigh the piece down and be too heavy to wear.

Chloe is $85 plus $10 postage

She measures approx 20cm across and 15cm high (including height of feathers) and is made from natural coloured sinamay, cream feathers and the aforementioned brooch.

4. "Isabella" Fascinator

Isabella is made from a black grossgrain ribbon bow with white edge stitching. Attached are black feathers with a subtle gorgeous green irridescence in the light (can be seen in a couple of the photos).

She measures approx 40cm across, the bow being 12cm of that, and approx 5cm in height. I have two of these for sale, with slight variation due to natural variation in the feathers.
Both Isabella fascinators are $65 each plus $10 postage

Isabella 1 - (top of photo) has a slight curl at the end of her 2 black feathers, so when worn, the feathers sit closer to the face.

Isabelle 2 - (bottom of photo) has 2 black feathers on either side of the bow, and these do not have a curl at the ends, and so sit differently.

Isabella 1 when worn sits closer to the head:

Aww thanks wub.gif
I'm thinking if I don't sell them for the Melbourne Cup or during Spring Racing Carnival, I might keep the Chloe one for myself.. I've got 2 weddings next month! smile.gif

They are absolutely gorgeous! And if I was going to the races this year I would have purchased "Ellie". Maybe next year!
