I'm trying to work out how much our flowers will cost us and I want roses as the centrepieces.

Do you think you could use your boquet and BMs boquets as the centrepices for the bridal table (by just sitting them on the table or putting them in a vase IYKWIM) instead of getting actual seperate centrepieces?

Absolutely you can use your bouquets for the bridal table - would be a waste not to.

No idea for other costing

I spent over $100 on the centrepiece for the bridal table, only to get there and realise that with my bouquet and my MOHs bouquet, there were more than enough flowers..

So yeah, you can certainly work your way around having an official centrepiece, but might be slightly dependent on the shape of your table.

Not too sure on costing for roses either

I'll have a look at the photos, but I know as soon as we arrived at the reception venue one of the staff collected our bouquets and put them either on the cake table or the bridal table. My BM's then took theirs home at the end of the night, and I gave mine to Mum.

You can also get clips which clip on to the front of the table to hold your bouquet if you want to save a bit of space on the table.

We used our bouquets on the bridal table like this:

That is what we did. I think that having centrepieces as well as the bouquets on the bridal table gets too much. It will be too cluttered.

And besides, you want to get as much use out of your bouquets as you can so why not display them on the table!

I'm having vases on the bridal table with tea light candles in between them and when we arrive we'll put our bouquets in the vases. In my opinion there's not point spending the extra money on more flowers.

I like the idea of having vases on the bridal table and just getting someone to pop our boquet's in them. Such a waste of flowers otherwise!!
