Hi smile.gif

Just a question...
I've booked in the florist for our flowers and organised Ivory roses in a Sheath for me and my bridesmaid, but I've been looking at Wrist Corsages now and think they look nice too (and is a bit easier on the budget). What do you think will suit the dress below? (this is the colour too, and we have champagne wraps for her shoulders if needed).

I like the idea of a sheath, because the dress is very simple...
Then I thought a wrists corsage and a beaded clutch maybe?

Any opinions & suggestions are welcome smile.gif

Edit: I should really mention that I'm 6'1" and my BM is about 5'9"

Personally I'm a fan of the BMs carrying something, being one several times myself it's nice to carry something when you're aisle walking or you feel uncomfortable. Therefore my personal preference is with the little bag or perhaps some other little token?

I'd have an arm sheath.

The dress are stunningly simple but I think they need the bouquet.

I think a beaded bag, like shown in the picture, with a wrist corasge would be stunning, it would go so well with the beautiful simplicity of the dress, and like Nepthys said, will still give them something to hold, and it also means that they can carry your lippy for touch ups smile.gif

I agree with Leabee and Tas. Also, I think a clutch is a great idea because the BM's could keep it, you could make it their BM gift perhaps?

i would have to say that , it is nice to be able to carry something when your a bridesmaid as you can feel a little awkward. so i think the wrist corsage and carry the bag would suit perfectly...

I think you only need to look at the pic you posted... wub.gif they are lovely dresses.

Those girls look rather tall & one is clutching a bag... picture a beautiful wrist corsage & you have your answer...!!

I think that would look beautiful & I also favour the idea of giving you BM the clutch with some goodies inside as your gift xx

Thanks so much for your opinions girls smile.gif

I was originally looking at keeping the bouquet for my BM, but now I love the idea of a lace/beaded vintage clutch and a corsage... as well as having a simple pearl/crystal/gold comb or hairpin.

I'm not very good with fashion lol but I think this would tie in well with our vintage/romance/lace theme smile.gif

Would it look strange with me having an arm sheaf, and my BM having the corsage?
Does anyone have photos if they did it with their wedding?
