We love going to Gymbaroo and Mothers Group/Playgroup together.
But at home- We'll be in the loungeroom together and I'll divert my attention from him for a second and he'll start crawling into another room, if he hears my footsteps coming towards him he'll start crawling faster- then, if I say "what are you up to?" or "where do you think you're going" he'll squeal and shreek and crawl as fast as he possibly can (quite a sight seeing such little arms and legs move so fast!) without turning to look at me- I then chase him and when I catch him he squeals and giggles his head off. We both end up lying on the floor laughing! I also love having him snuggle on my lap while I read him a book, even though half the time he is turning around to have a cuddle, and snuggle his face into my chest --------------------   |

B1 - tickling, he loves to take running jumps onto me, he loves me pushing him in his truck, Showing me how clever he is so pouring himself breakfast or a drink, riding his bike.

I'm a BIG kisser and cuddler! I'd kiss and cuddle Emily all day if I could! She's going to be running away from me when she's older - "Oh no, Mummy wants cuddles again"!
 She's a crawl-a-holic now, so I love watching her crawl all over the house and exploring and inspecting everything (big childproofing session happening in our house this weekend!), I also love it when we sit and play together with all her toys - she smiles and laughs and chatters away and is so happy. |

TickledPink, my nearly-1 year old still loves that game! I can't get past a couple of blocks either, unless I start building it a few feet away.
If you start making the tower out of their reach, it becomes a great incentive to practise crawling and getting mobile once they're at that stage, because they REALLY want to come and knock down the blocks. One thing we love doing at the moment is hide and seek. I'll run into a room and call out 'where's Mummy?' and he comes crawling down the hall to look in all the rooms to find me. I love that 'slap slap' sound babies make when they crawl on wooden floors! Their movements are so big and clunky. -------------------- Me - 28

Although Lil Chess hasnt arrived yet, I am very much enjoying talking to him/her, and teaching him/her about the music that we're listening to. Today it's a Duran Duran greatest hits DVD
 while we do the washing up etc.--------------------   |
