Your favourite thing to do with your kid(s) Options

Yeah ok, another spin off... What's your favourite thing to do with your kid(s)? What do you just love to do together? Favourite game or activity?

Ewan's a bit young yet for big adventures or games, so I just love to have cuddles with him & sit & chat to each other. He had complications from reflux up until recently, so was constantly stiff & arching his back. As a result, I couldn't cuddle him properly. Now his meds are working he's so much more relaxed, so we can sit & have cuddles. I'm making up for lost time!

Because I have to keep him upright after a feed, there's not much time for floor play, so I sit him on my knees, facing me, and we chat for 10-15 minutes. He cracks me up!

Belinda and I have become busy little bees of late and everything that we do together is lots of fun.

On Tuesdays I meet up with a girlfriend who has a little one the same age and we take the kids to an indoor playland. Great fun to get in there with them and watch them play then have lunch there afterwards.

Wednesdays are now booked up with Playgroup. Lots of painting, craft and playing on the equipment.

Thursdays are swimming lessons, so it's great to get in the pool and sing songs and be right there teaching my girl how to swim.

We are together all of the time and just being with Belinda lights up my days.

Right now our favourite thing to do is for Mummy to stack up peekablocks so Alexandra can knock them over I have to fight her off...I get to two and she's trying to knock them down

Well Leni isn't here yet so I can't share our stories

But I do spend time with friends children and the thing that I love to do with them is talk to them. They don't make sense, I don't make sense but boy can we laugh!!!

l absolutely LOVE going to Gymbaroo with Bella - she laughs for the whole hour and thoroughly enjoys the singing, dancing and climbing that we do!

I love taking my girls out for a coffee Well me a coffee and them babychino's they love it!

I also love bath time as they crack each other up which is contagious which means that mummy joins in also

I also love playing with my princess in utero by tickling and rubbing her limbs Nothing beats a good old belly massage good for mummy also

I love round and round the garden- it just cracks the two of them up and they give big belly laughs.

And their smiles when I wake them up and their eyes focus and they know it is me. I ask them about what they were dreaming of, and they 'talk' back.

umm we love to lie in bed and sing songs together or tickle each other or learn words or body parts etc

Cuddling! I love snuggling with my wee beastie on my chest - knowing that he will only be so tiny for such a little while.

Raf's a BIG fan of tummy time so we spend lots of time on the floor on his nappy-free mat or in his playgym. The other thing he loves is being held while we "dance" around to songs on the radio, Raf has rather eclectic taste in music - his favourites are Pete Murray, that Love Generation song, Robbie Williams new single and my Sleepy Jackson CD. Alister sings and plays the ukelele to him as well.

Talking, tickling, feeding, changing nappies, settling a squirming yelly little munchkin - I'm such a new mum that I absolutely love it all so much I could almost explode from happiness sometimes

Making "stuff".

Anything.

I have a large removal box full of STUFF - huge sheets of paper, cheapies canvasses, boxes, tape, glue, etc and Rhiannan especially just LOVES to make things.

Liam is more like me and wants all the things he makes to be perfect so we conflict sometimes but we love it all the same.

I have so many favourite things but basically anything that gets her giggling is gorgeous. Tonight it just took me nibbling her chin to get her going

I also love when she helps me. Today it was sorting and weeding and she helped with weeding by carrying the bucket around

Well it changes every week to be honest as does my son.

BUT at the moment I just love when he stands up when I am on the couch, stands there and just looks up and me and gives an amazing smile that just melts me everytime & another one would have to be the naked cuddles he gives me before I take him for bath-time with Daddy

Beth you can really read the love you have for you little man, so glad that you are enjoying you time with each other

hmmmm i have heaps of things we like to do.... one of my favs is bath time. I lay with her and she kicks and kicks and kicks.

We sing songs ans she "gooooooooooooos and mwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaas" as we sing.

I also like giving her a fright i piss myself laughing and then so does she!!

Well, i have only seen Orlando laugh a couple of times, he hasn't quite got the hang of it yet, he just goes ha, ha, then we wait for it, but he stops but plenty of big smiles, he loves anyone singing to him, my dad will sometimes sing opera to him, he loves that.

He likes to jump on my lap when i hold him upright, i think its funny when he sits on my knee and he is talking and i start jiggling my leg which makes his voice go all funny.

oh this one is hilarious that daddy does, when he is crying, daddy blows on his face and it makes him stop instantly for a second, then he starts crying again, blow, stop crying...

Daddy also flies him around the room like superman.

Hide and Seek (always cracks me up because you walk around pretending to find Finn saying "I wonder where he could be..." and he leaps out and says "here I am!" He is better at Seeking....

Playgroup... we have a ball, making things, playing in the sandpit, etc.

Painting

Trains... he can build his own tracks now so thats pretty cool!

Going to the park.... jsut hanging out together. He often gets up on his chair at the kitchen bench when I am preparing dinner and talks away to me, plays with a toy there or helps me and I love that, its one of my favourite things!
