ok, so for the past few months I've been having this recurring dream thingy (not sure if its a dream or not!! Its gotta happen in an REM cycle, so lets just call it a dream for arguments sake ok?).
i dunno if I wake up, or if I'm still dreaming, but I think there is someone in bed with me that isn't steve!! Its usually friends. So cause I sleep naked, I think "Sh!t, I'm in bed with this person naked, I have to sneak out and get dressed!" So i think this is the point where I wake up, and I go to get dressed!! Usually i get to where my clothes are and go "what the hell am I doing?" or steve says to me "What the hell are you doing?". Last night I went to bed in the buff, and woke up this morning fully dressed, bra, undies and all! I dont remember getting up at all, and steve was watching the soccer out in the lounge, and said he heard me doing something about 2.30am. I'm a freak!!!  Belinda xoxo |

I agree.  JK! It sounds me like you might be a sleepwalker - or in your case, a "sleepdresser".  Can't say I've ever heard of anything like this before. Does it bother you? If so, maybe a trip to one of those people who monitor your sleep patterns (can't think of their name sorry...) could be worthwhile.  -------------------- |

nah, it doesn' bother me, it doesn't happen regularly. Maybe once a month?? More frequently when steve isn't home.
Just got an email back from one of my old biopsychology lecturers. He agrees that I'm a freak! lol. He said it isn't anything to worry about, something 'normal', and unless it hampers my ability to sleep, or steves, then not to worry about it. I'm normal, great..  Belinda xoxox |
