Hi! I got engaged on May 20th and need lots of advice! smile.gif The biggest thing I'm trying to sort out right now is where to have the wedding.

I'm from the US and my FH is from Sydney - I'd love to do a Hawaiian wedding (half-way between USA and AUS!) but can't really afford it and don't want to put my guests in an awkward situation financially by asking them to make the trip.

I'm thinking of having 2 weddings - one in Sydney and one 1 in my hometown.

Does anyone have experience with weddings for couples of from 2 different countries? (Or are you/your partner from overseas?)

I don't know what to do! Thank you! wacko.gif biggrin.gif
