oh sea SICKNESS bands, I didn't know what you meant at first.
They basically work with acu-pressure so there is no set amount of time you can wear them for. -------------------- |

I wore them almost 24 hours a day for 6 months with morning sickness. Didnt have any ill-effects - apart from a permenant indentation on my wrist where the little plastic part stuck into me

I have been told to wear them from 16 weeks pregnant until the end of my pregnancy. I am so paranoid I have a spare set for when I wash them.
