Not sure myself.. but I wore them for about 6 weeks when I had morning sickness. (I did take them off to wash them but they were back on within a few hours, and took them off when showering).

oh sea SICKNESS bands, I didn't know what you meant at first.

They basically work with acu-pressure so there is no set amount of time you can wear them for.

I wore them almost 24 hours a day for 6 months with morning sickness. Didnt have any ill-effects - apart from a permenant indentation on my wrist where the little plastic part stuck into me tongue.gif

I have been told to wear them from 16 weeks pregnant until the end of my pregnancy. I am so paranoid I have a spare set for when I wash them.

As far as I was aware there is no limit.
