I don't have any pics, sorry, but can I ask what you would do with the goldfish after the wedding? Depending on the amount of tables, this could be a lot of goldfish. The reception venue might not be keen on the idea of the goldfish?
In relation to other ideas, what are your theme colours? I am assuming that orange is in the mix somewhere? What type of flowers are you having? |

Hi, we also had a beach theme .... here are my pics, we had a marquee reception, and asked for vouchers instead of pressies (easier to take back on the ferry).

A girlfriend of mine went to a wedding where the bride had goldfish as her centre pieces and they were bomboniere aswell.
It's sad to say but alot of the fish died during the reception It really is a great, unique idea. But what about the fish afterwards? Not everyone wants a new pet. -------------------- |

Our theme was natural beach - so just shells, flowers, bamboo mats and heaps of candles. For our table numbers I made A5 sized cards and they sat on bits of driftwood which looked really good - no photo of that though
This was what we had on the tables down the centre ![]() -------------------- ![]() 3rd May 2008 |

We went to a chocolate shop recently and they had giant chocolate clam shells with smaller chocolate 'pearls' in them...they looked really cool and thought they would be cool for beach wedding favours...just get a couple per table and people could take their share. Or they had smaller individual ones. Just a thought
