This might be a bit early to be boasting but finally Kade is sleeping!! For the past week hes been lucky to sleep 15 minutes here and half an hour there even through the night he has been waking atleast a dozen times! .. Its been an absolute nightmare. Hes been to the doctors, Ive thought it was teeth, colic, this and that you name it untill it dawned on me last night that maybe he is lactose intolerant like myself and my other son are.
Well this morning he had a feed of Lactose free milk and again at lunch time! I am pleased to say that hes been asleep for over an hour!!! He has never slept this long through the day!! I know the test will be tonight, but my god ive finally been able to have him sleep without waking within minutes thrashing about!! Its wonderful.. Oh things are getting even better.. Normally I couldnt sit down with Kade, he would thrash about and carry on and getting him to take a bottle or even try and feed him was a nightmare.. He has had two bottles of the lactose free today and is a changed boy.. He has had two big two hour sleeps and he will happily sit on my knee and play, i can leave the room without him crying and carrying on!! Its great, hes so happy!! A very happy mummy and daddy!!!

Well the verdict is in! He slept 10 hours last night!!! Oh I feel fantastic this morning!! The poor little man must have been waking in pain all that time. I feel terrible about it but at that age they cant tell you so i guess you just have to keep guessing.. Its like a big weight has been lifted from us. I feel so much better now! Thanks for all your support girlies
