So I've just put my son down for his afternoon nap and while he's asleep I should be:

- stacking the dishwasher
- sweeping the floor
- putting a load of washing out and putting another one on
- unpacking suitcase from our holiday
- putting away P's baby clothes that are currently strewn all over our spare bed

Instead I'm on I-do and the internet in general just wasting time...

So what should you be doing right now?

Technically nothing because I'm "playing" with the kids but I also don't feel like I "should" be doing all the house work just because I'm at home. More like supervising they aren't fighting, dd stealing ds Thomas blocks, and so the megablocks don't get thrown around. They are not an everyday toy because ds needs supervision to control the miss that he won't actually pick up.
Buti could be putting dd clothes away. Or I could pack the dishwasher again but right now I need to go build Thomas the tank engine back up. smile.gif

I have flu so am on the couch guilt free for once. I should be doing the online shop as we have no food at all - but the mere sight of food turns my stomach.

With my boring and wonderful housewife lifestyle, I already did the washing and put it away, cleaned up the kitchen, and washed and hung out some towels hours ago. So technically what I should be doing is something that is a productive use of my time, like learning how to use my sewing machine, or reading one of the millions of books that have been stacking up over the years.

Instead I'm time-wasting on forums, which is how I spend most of my time these days. ph34r.gif

I should be:

- folding a basket of washing
- washing the bed linen
- tackling the ironing
- loading the dishwasher
- tidying the lounge room
- finishing off an assessment
- reading for my classes next week
- doing my physio exercises

Instead, I am sitting on the couch with my furbabies, browsing the net.

My excuse is that I am super sore today (which my exercises would actually help with ph34r.gif ) and I have a crappy chest infection of some kind. I had to cancel my Myotherapy appointment this morning because of the stupid chest infection so I think I should take it easy and avoid increasing my pain until I can go back to Myotherapy...I'm sure she would agree with that! Apart from the not doing my exercises part... ph34r.gif

I feel like sh!t but still feel guilty!

I suppose I could put the washing away, but I did some housework already today - I have to save something for tomorrow! tongue.gif

I've not really got anything to do. DH has a new job and he's gone from 7am until about 9/10pm most days so it's just me and the dog at home. It's either the computer or watching TV. sleep.gif

Folding the washing which is all over the bedroom floor. Knowing me it will get shoved back in the basket and attended to tomorrow!

- Cleaning the Kitchen
- Finishing off the mountain of washing in the laundry
- Putting nappies together

Instead I am going to go to bed and watch Glee.

Clean up the dishes from dinner since DH cooked. Maybe put away the folded clothes.

However DD is snoozing on my chest and if I put her down she'll wake up and cry hysterically (witching hours!!!). I sure as heck don't want that!

Well, it's late, but cuddling Andrew might be nice. Or putting away my clean washing, or something crafty and productive.
